In today's video, we discuss and go over all of the unique and leveled weapons that the player can acquire within The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Base Game. We discuss how to get it, it's maximum stats, any enchantments and show how it is used. These weapons are considered to be one-off, unique and special combat items that the player permanently receives from loot and as rewards.
