Biking North Carolina: The Neuse River Trail

The Neuse River Trail, located on the outskirts of Raleigh, North Carolina, is a 33-mile paved trail that runs from Falls Lake Dam to the Wake/Johnston County line. The Neuse River Trail offers stunning views of the Neuse River, with plenty of opportunities to stop and enjoy the scenery. The trail passes through wooded areas, wetlands, and farmland, providing a diverse range of landscapes to enjoy. This trail is part of North Carolina's Mountains to Sea Trail and the 3,000 mile East Coast Greenway.
