Thanks for stopping by! This video shows how I quickly defeated Rajan with a seemingly new trick that can send Rajan into the electric fence a second time after getting him into it the first time. I did this with a little bit of slowdown from recording it, but besides that I used no TAS tools during the fight.

After I released my last video, some attention was brought up about the Rajan fight in it and whether or not throwing guards is a viable strategy for quickly beating Rajan. I was curious so I sought to answer this, and the answer is still unclear for now.
But, as I was I doing these fights to find out, I learned that you can hit Rajan with a mid-air thunderflop boosted with Turnbuckle Launch just as he's getting off the electric fence to send him back to the fence to take another set of damage. Doing this was really satisfying and felt quick, so I did dozens of runs to get a good time with this new strategy, and what you see in this video was my best run.

How fast is my run using this new strategy? From the first frame the fight starts (the beginning of the video) to the first frame when Rajan is beaten, my fight took 51.117 seconds. The fastest Rajan fight I observed in a submitted speedrun of this episode was by Bvr, which is only a few seconds faster, around 47 seconds.
Now, I was playing around a 25% slower in-game time because I was recording, but I'm not a speedrunner; it didn't take me long to get times similar to this, so it seems double-tapping Rajan on the electric fence is pretty good. It can even be combo-ed with throwing Rajan in the fence, which already hits him twice, for an extra third fence hit! That may make throwing guards at Rajan viable.
There is one submitted run by Mapiotho where it looks like he attempts the trick once, but besides that I don't see this trick in any of the submitted runs.
