DIY Herbal Bath Salt:

Benefits:

• Bath salts rejuvenate and enhance bath experience
• Softens & detoxifies the skin
• Combats stress, sore muscles, itching, insomnia &
hypertension


Herbal bath salt using epsom salt and rosemary leaves:

Rosemary leaves have powerful astringent properties that effectively reduce excessive body oil and also keep the skin refreshed & rejuvenated

1. Take 3/4th cup of Epsom salt in a bowl
2. Add ½ cup of sea salt
3. Add 1 tbsp of dried rosemary leaves
4. Add 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
5. Add 10-12 drops of lavender essential oil
6. Combine & mix the ingredients well
7. Transfer it to a container
8. You can store it for a week



Herbal bath salt using peppermint leaves and vanilla essential oil:

1. Take 2 cups of Epsom salt in a bowl
2. Add a cup of sea salt to the same
3. Also add ½ cup baking soda. Baking soda is added for its
great antifungal property
4. Add 2tsb dried peppermint leaves
5. Mix all the ingredients well
6. Add 30 drops of vanilla essential oil & 10 drops of
peppermint essential oil
7. Sir it properly
8. Your bath salt is ready. Add it to warm water & mix before
stepping in the bath


Tips:

• Always store the bath salts in cool & dry place to maximize the
shelf life
