As I was editing this video, my friend asked "why does she keep looking up at you?"
I told her that it's a good thing. I told her that I want the focus. Eye contact is very important to me. I want Saige to see me as "Disney Land". I want her to choose me over the squirell running by. I want her to choose me when a stranger gets close. I want her to look to me for direction when she feels uncomfortable.
Saige didn’t start out with the perfect life, she had serious behavioral issues. In the past, I never thought this would be something we could do, I dreamt of it but I didn’t see it in our future. I didn’t give up though. There are no limits.
