On November 2, 2022, an officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a male driver wanted for felonious assault in Warren, OH. He refused to pull over and lead police on a short pursuit. He eventually crashed into another vehicle and fled on foot. As police continued to pursue him, the suspect forcefully entered a daycare building as an employee made their way inside.
