Video is about syllabus, test pattern and tips for Screening test for PCS/PMS and CSS examinations conducted by SPSC and FPSC. It is mandatory qualifying test for appearing in Main Written CSS CE 2022. Appearance in MPT will not be counted as a chance. The test will comprise of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of one mark each.
Candidates should try to use books or GK quizzes to cover the daily current affairs for the Specialists exam. The books for the written exam should be chosen carefully as it is going to help them in scoring marks more than the SPSC Specialists cut off marks.

The Public Service Commission was set up for the first time in British India in 1926. After independence, the commission was established in Pakistan in 1947. At present, the commission is functioning under article 242 of the constitution of Pakistan. It has been provided autonomy under the Rules of Business, 1973 and FPSC Regulations, 1978 in its working. The commission has also been given administrative as well as, to some extent, financial autonomy to perform its functions independently.[3]

The commission consists of a chairman and members. The chairman is appointed by the Governor of Sindh where as the members are appointed by the Chief Minister of Sindh. The commission is assisted by the secretary who provides a link among the commission, its secretariat and the government agencies

The Public Service Commission was set up for the first time under British colonial rule in 1926. After independence, the commission was established in Pakistan in 1947 under the provision of Government of Pakistan Act.

CSS is a competitive examination through which FPSC recruits bureaucrats.It is the toughest competitive examination of Pakistan for recruiting bureaucrats.[5][1]
