All right, Vogter finally gets his. To everyone else who has requested a portrait please understand that there are many factors that go into me deciding on exactly who I'm going to do one on so just be patient and there might still be one in the works for you.

Nobody puts in more work than Vogter and nobody is quicker to jump into action and show some support when of us goes down so for all of that, and the fact that his lovely flowing silver mane is fun to draw, Vogter gets a portrait.
