There are Four Cornerstones of a Balanced Life
Physical fitness – exercise, nutrition & lifestyle.
Emotional fitness – attitude, language, story.
Mental Fitness - focus, learning, & growth.
Spiritual fitness – gratitude, awareness & meditation.

जीवन में संतुलन खोजने से आपको अपने समग्र स्वास्थ्य में सुधार करने में मदद मिलती है । जब आपके पास संतुलन होता है, तो आपके पास अपने शरीर की ज़रूरतों पर ध्यान देने का समय होता है। आप आहार, व्यायाम और ध्यान जैसी चीज़ों को प्राथमिकता दे सकते हैं बजाय इस बात का पछतावा करने के कि आपके पास खुद की देखभाल करने का समय नहीं है।
