Here's how to access the SIM application on iPhone 14 / iPhone 14 Pro
To access the SIM application of a particular SIM Card, simply go to Settings.

How To Access SIM Application On iPhone 14
Go to Settings
Tap on Mobile Data / Cellular Plan
Choose the SIM Card you'd like to access the SIM application
Tap on SIM Applications

This will bring up the SIM application menu on your iPhone 14 Pro
