Hiking at Schliersee (Eckspitz)

This hike started from Parkplatz Dürnbach at the southern end of Schliersee. I followed the route number 626 towards the Bodenschneidhaus which is a restaurant on the way. The path is beginner friendly with only gradual elevation. The route is mostly sandy road with some rocky parts along the way but not very challenging. To get to the Eckspitz mountain top you need to divert to the left from the route just before the Bodenschneidhaus. The highest point of Eckspitz stands at 1386 metres which is not above the tree level and therefore the view is limited. Nevertheless, the route was quite relaxing with not too many tourists on the way (only cows). I would rate this route 3/5.
