The New Chick Fil A Grilled Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, Copycat Recipe

This is a must try recipe, the flavors are insane with just the right amount of heat.

Brine:
1/3rd cup of Kosher salt to two cups of water
Brine in fridge from 1-3 hours

Marinate sauce:
1/2 medium size onion diced
1/3rd cup of olive oil
4 TBS of Sambal Oelek
2 TBS of Kraft Hickory smoke BBQ sauce
Heat on medium low fire till onions are tender, allow to cool
Add 1 heaping TBS of hot prpper paste(Gochujang)
18 drops of Tobasco Scorpian pepper hot sauce
Blend to a smooth paste in Ninja or food processor, Make extra and save for later.

Remove chicken from the brine, rinse under cold water and pat dry.
Season with Cavenders and marinate for 20 minutes

Marinate chicken in sauce for 20 minutes

Cook on your prefered pan or grill to an internal temperature of 155
Add Colby Jack cheese while hot and dress your sandwich as you wish.
