Indian-origin illegal immigrant in UK jailed for robbery

A judge in England has sentenced Karandeep Singh, an illegal immigrant from Punjab, India, to nearly five years in prison for his involvement in a violent robbery at a UK home improvement store. Singh had originally claimed he was 18 years old, asking the court to consider his crime as a mistake made by a young person. However, his lies about his age were uncovered, and he was sentenced to four years, eight months, and 14 days in prison.
