I started out by applying for a home mortgage loan through USAA and this benefit program got me in contact with Real Estate III. William “Tee” Tucker reached out to me and helped me out with the process. He started out by sending me houses that he thought fit my criteria well. I was out of state, so Tee and his colleague David Roy Griffin visited the houses on my behalf. David was skillful in his ability to capture the essence of neighborhood and the homes positive and negative qualities on video and present it as a series of short videos in a playlist, giving me peace of mind to make an informed decision. Tee was also great going through the all the paperwork line by line, that way I knew exactly what I was doing.
