Built on the rule of law, the justice system is one of our nation’s greatest strengths, but there is plenty of evidence that it is under attack. Disinformation threatens to erode the public trust in the integrity and competence of our courts and could include malicious cyber activity to expose judicial communications, alter draft decisions, or simply demonstrate that courts can be hacked. This panel will discuss alarming external efforts to undermine the public’s confidence in the judiciary.
