Once a K-pop icon, Yoo Seung-jun, also known as Steve Yoo, will be able to enter South Korea again. Seoul High Court on Friday ruled that the Los Angeles Consulate General cancel its denial to issue a visa to Yoo, upholding the top court’s ruling. Yoo is a controversial figure due to accusations of draft dodging and is not well received by Korea. But today’s Seoul High Court ruling opened the opportunity for Yoo to re-enter South Korea for the first time in more than 16 years.
