I was invited to videotape a banquet / concert in Houston on Sunday evening, March 20, 2011.
The black tie event was a celebration of pastor Will Fortune Sr's 36th pastoral anniversary.
There was a concert following the banquet that was worthy of the Stellar Awards ... Two time Stellar Award winner James Fortune (pastor Will Fortune's son) and Fiya performed along with the church praise team (Rock Of Salvation Church of Missouri City, Texas). I would love to put the whole concert on YouTube but i'll let you buy Jame's CD'S..
Now Miss Anita James is another story... I have to admit, i was not prepared for such an outstanding rendition of a song i had never heard but SHE did it !
She absolutely tore the house down !!
This is ole skool gospel at it's very best !
I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
The Stellar Awards may have a guest singer next time !
