Eltuan Dawson was in 16 different foster care placements after his initial entry into kinship care with an aunt didn't work out. He shares how it felt to move through the system, how he eventually found support through organizations such as Family Scholar House and how he is now working with child welfare organizations in Louisville, Kentucky as a consultant.
