Here's my "base" Wind Shuriken Build for PVE & MVP hunting. I'll be sharing everything including damage tests, equips, stats, handbook, skills, rune box, MVP hunts and more.

My equipment is still far from optimal, but this build is already giving me good enough results for MVP Hunting and PVE. Not nearly as good as my Divine Avenger though...

So hopefully, RNG will be kind to me and give me good enchants, over-refine and snapping luck, to improve this Ninja build. lol...
