The Karate Kid (1984): Daniel moves to a new town where he is harassed by some boys who have mastered karate. He decides to learn it and when Mr Miyagi starts his training, he learns that there is more to the art form.

The Karate Kid Part II (1986): After learning about his dying father, Mr Miyagi sets off to see him with Daniel. Upon reaching there, he decides to confront an old rival; meanwhile, Daniel inadvertently makes an enemy of his own.

The Karate Kid Part III (1989): John Kreese, ostracised and penniless, tries to take revenge on Daniel and Miyagi with the assistance of a Vietnam War comrade who is the wealthy proprietor of a poisonous waste disposal business.
