Peppino Gagliardi - Ciao

Описание к видео Peppino Gagliardi - Ciao

Wonderful song by the great Italian Singer Peppino Gagliardi.
A little about him.
Born in Naples in 1940, Peppino Gagliardi achieved his first success in 1963 with "T'amo e t'amerò" ("I love you and will love you"). Later on he took part in the festival of San Remo several times during the 60's and the early 70's, and in 1965 he also starred in the TV movie "008 Operazione ritmo", featuring Gianni Morandi, Bobby Solo and other popular artists of that time. Most of Gagliardi's songs, characterized by an intense romantic atmosphere and reminding Neapolitanian tradition, were composed by the singer himself with co-writer Amendola. His particular style of performing gained him the nickname "The Italian Aznavour".
He achieved two-second placings at the Sanremo Music Festival: in 1972 with "Come le viole" and in 1972 with "Come un ragazzino". His music declined in popularity in the 1980s and 1990s. His last entry at the Sanremo Music Festival was "L'alba" in 1993.

Hello

Hello—it seemed like saying to one another, I love you
and the eyes answered, I love you.
Hello—even if someone else can say to you, "hello, I love you,"
that would just be a greeting and go no further.
You know, it would be very exciting to see you again,
to tell you at that time how I love you, I love you

Hello—fantastic dreams of my castles in the air—vanished—
then returning to me as in a fairy tale.
You will stay with me, you will remain
because I love you, I love you, I love you.
I love you.

You know, it would be very exciting to see you again,
to tell you then how I love you, I love you.

Hello—fantastic dreams of my castles in the air—vanished—
then returning to me as in a fairy tale.
You will stay with me, you will remain
because I love you, I love you, I love you.
I love you.
