How Much Can You Mod An 8BitDo Arcade Stick??

Hello again, and thanks for coming back!

2023 Update: 8BitDo appears to have updated this model. The bottom screws are no longer torx/safety screws. There also doesn't seem to be glue on them anymore either.

In this video I go over modding nearly everything in an 8BitDo Arcade Stick. In this video I’ll show you how to:
Get the case open
Change the gate on the default joystick
Swap the default stick for a different joystick
Use a 5pin connector without solder
Change out the main buttons
Change the buttons themselves
Wire management inside the case for future modding
