CRANBERRY AND PEAR PASTRIES

NGREDIENTS:

pears 2 medium size
butter 50 g
sugar 1/4 cup
vanilla-
-essence one teaspoon
puff pastry sheets 5
egg one
icing sugar for dusting on pastries

follow the video recipe ...bake pasteries in oven for approx. 20minutes
at 200°

(Meaning "pick me up" or "lift me up") is a popular coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone , flavoured with cocoa.

INGREDIENTS:
egg yolks 5
sugar 1 cup
heavy whipping cream 500ml
mascarpone 500g
ladyfingers 400g
instant espresso powder 4-5 tsp
cocoa powder for flavouring
chocolate decorations optional

DIRECTIONS:
1:Combine egg yolks and sugar in a double boiler and cook ..(you may not cook it on direct heat otherwise you will get scrambled sweet egg)
2:whisk continuously .
3:it is done when sugar is completely dessolved and you get a smooth paste.
