Phantom Power Blocker

Phantom power (48v) is provided by audio mixer consoles for condenser microphones. Connecting dynamic or ribbon microphones to a phantom powered input can in some cases damage the microphones. This simple circuit blocks the voltage and protects the mics from possible damage.
