Too many ways to Learn Teamwork. Nature is one of them.

Everything in this Nature - is made up of Five Basic elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. In this series of Learn from Nature, now we will see what we should learn from the Air element of nature.

Air represents intellect, mental intention, connection to universal life forces.

We cannot capture or tame the Air, but we certainly know it’s with us.
Similarly, we should trust our teammates. Trust is something we cannot hold or create, but it’s always there. We need to see the different possibilities when we start trusting our teammates. That risk is worth taking as it will help everyone to grow together and get things done.

But before this, we must deal with our Trust Issues with others. We should take time to set the right expectations, intentions and build a good emotional connection with our teammates.

Just like Air element, if you allow yourself to set free to flow and start trusting others. Eventually, you will be more confident about yourself and others.

The Universe always helps you when you break the barrier. Most of us do not have faith in the Universe, so we don’t ask for help. Try, and see the Universe always offer helps in many ways that you may not even realize.
