Easy and soft kofta curry recipe is here! Meat koftay curry can be made with beef, as beef kofta curry! It can be made with mutton, as mutton kofta curry! Or you can make it with chicken, as chicken kofta curry! Whatever it is the process of making kofta will be same. This kofta can be served as only fried kofta or you can cook as gravy kofta curry! With the plain rice or polau it tests so delicious!
Ingredients:

250 gm ground meat
1 cup coarse onions
1/3 tsp Garam masala
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/3 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp of lime juice
1.5 tsp salt
1/3 tsp ginger paste
1/3 tsp garlic paste
2 slices of white bread
Oil for deep frying and 1/4 cup for cooking
1/2 cup fried onions
1/2 cup onion paste
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp plain yogurt
5-8 green chili
