Today, James Gunn revealed the first poster of his "Superman" movie coming out in 2025, but to my immense surprise he also shared a glimpse of what seems to be John Murphy's score for the movie. His tweet included a 56 seconds long portion of music, which includes a female voice humming the new Superman motif - that pays homage to the previous themes of John Williams and Hans Zimmer.
Since the theme teaser had quite some rough fade in and fade out at both the beginning and the end, I edited the music in order to have smoother intro and outro as well as mixing the melody to make it longer. It's not quite original, but I like to have a larger piece of music to listen to. Maybe the full version could be released in the next few days along with the first Official Trailer - who knows! But I'm already in awe and wonder to witness John Murphy's work for the new Superman movie!
