Is UPTOWN Cagayan De Oro a GOOD AREA to LIVE? Mindanao, Philippines

Most foreigners on reaching a certain age will settle in one place, rather than travelling around different countries. After living in a Cebu city condo for a lengthy period I travelled to different places, neighbouring islands in the Philippines. I've rented AirBnBs in Cebu, Tagaytay and Davao.

Now I'm trying out 2 different condos in uptown CDO - Citta Verde, Primavera City and Smart Condos.
