Ingredients :

Sabot moong 1/2 cup (whole green grams
Namak 1/2tsp )(salt)
oil 1tbs
Dahi 300gms (yoghurt)
Besan 3tbs (chickpeas flour
Haldi powder 1tsp (turmeric powder)
Laal mirch 1/2tsp (red chilli powder)
Pani 4 cup (water)
Lassan Adrak paste 1tsp (ginger garlic paste)
Namak (salt to taste)
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp (all spices powder)

Tadka:

Oil 3tbs
Pyaz 1small (onion)
Sukhi laal mirch 3-4 (dry red chillies)
Zeera 1/2tsp (cumin seeds)
Hing 2pinch (asafoetida)
Kashmiri laal mirch 2pinch (Kashmiri red chilli powder)
