The U-500 has the capability of joining single level or multi-level frames depending on the joining requirement. The maximum stroke height for multi-level joining is 5/8".

The unit’s standard software package controls all the settings and parameters for joining in a single or multi-level performance mode.

The U-500 has the capability of joining 45 and 90 degree angles.

Machine handles frame joining requirements commonly found in picture framing, woodworking (Door Trim), canvas stretcher bar, modular home and mirror frame joining.
