Chef is known for making his massive Paellas in his 6ft Paella pan for events, so he's happy to share how he makes his version of Paella Valencia on a Weber Grill.

Chef uses a 22-inch Weber Kettle Grill, Weber's most popular grill, which happens to be one of his favorite grills to cook with!
