The MOMENT That SAVED Lou Groza's CAREER | 1964 Browns

Описание к видео The MOMENT That SAVED Lou Groza's CAREER | 1964 Browns

Prior to the start of the 1964 NFL season, eventual Hall of Fame kicker Lou Groza was not the favorite to win the starting job, as the 40-year-old who supposedly had little power left in his leg was on the verge of getting cut. After just two practice kicks, that all changed, and he saved his job in a matter of seconds, continuing his strong legacy with the Cleveland Browns. This is the story behind the practice, and the moment, that saved Lou Groza's NFL career, and allowed him to keep playing a few more seasons with the Cleveland Browns.
