The tips and tricks offered here are simply things that Ben and Ciara have found that work for them, but they may not be needed by, accessible or available to everyone. The goal of this episode is not to bring shame about how you live, but to instead offer an opportunity to reflect on your consumption habits, how you view the life-cycle of a product, and what efforts you can make to reduce, reuse, and upcycle as much at home and away as possible.
