 Now, if you’re a fan of motorcycle racing history, you’ll remember the iconic Pepsi paint scheme that graced Suzuki’s Grand Prix R G V 500 back in 1989 and 1990. This legendary livery wasn’t just a pretty face; it marked a significant moment in racing history. Suzuki, with Kevin Schwantz at the helm, clinched its first race victory at Suzuka under the Pepsi banner.

Fast forward to today, and we’re celebrating that iconic era with this beautiful concept. Designed by Kardesign, this SuperBusa combines the sleek lines and advanced technology of Suzuki’s modern superbike with the nostalgic Pepsi colors that Michael Jackson himself would have been proud of!

Let’s talk details. This SuperBusa is powered by a 1,340cc inline-four engine, delivering a staggering 200 horsepower. It’s a far cry from the 499cc two-stroke V4 engine of the R G V500, which, while impressive for its time, produced around 150 horsepower. The technological advancements in engine design and performance over the years are truly remarkable.

In terms of suspension, the SuperBusa is equipped with fully adjustable K Y B forks and a rear shock, providing superior handling and comfort compared to the more basic setup of the R G V 500. And when it comes to stopping power, modern Brembo brakes ensure you can handle all that speed with confidence, a significant upgrade from the older braking systems used in the late 80s.

The SuperBusa also features a state-of-the-art digital dashboard, complete with ride modes, traction control, and A B S —all of which were unavailable on the R G V 500. These electronic aids make the ride not only faster but also safer and more customizable to individual riding styles.
