Flic Film in Alberta, Canada has new C-41 and ECN-2 powder kits available. They use separate bleach and fix steps rather than blix and are easy to mix. I tested them out with some Kodak Portra 160 and Vision3 500T film. Both kits should handle 8 rolls of 35mm film and gave excellent color and density.
