Keyboard in question is SAVIO Tempest RX with Outemu Brown switches.
It's really horrible with atrocius spring ping, rattly stabilizers and scratchy switches.
So I took upon myself to at least try and make it more bearable.
First of all, it was a weekend project, as I had no experience with lubing switches and keyboard modding in general, so I did what I can, best I can.
I won't spend hundreds of dollars on a custom mechanical keyboard just to annoy my significant other with late evening clacking.

Order of modifications:
-desoldered and lubed switches
-lubed and band-aided the stabilisers
-resoldered switches to pcb
-filled free space in case with 2 plys of 3mm EVA foam to dampen the reverb
-put everything back together

After some 10 hours of work, I got something that resembles usable keyboard, the pinging is gone, stabilisers are no longer rattly (except for backspace... it still needs some work). Keypresses got significantly more "thocky" and satisfying to ear.
The Outemu Browns are quite bad out of the box, scratchy with no real tactility to speak of. Lubing made them less scratchy with almost no loss on the tactility side. Most importantly the pinging noise accompanying key presses is gone. I attribute this to filling case with sound dampening material and lubing springs in switches.
