#54 The Electrical Water Pageant

After having been detained as a person of interest at the Polynesian, I didn't have time left to visit the Grand Floridian, so I had to go directly to the Contemporary as I wanted to have dinner at Chef Mickey.

Then it was time to head to the dock
on Bay Lake, and wait for the START of the Electrical Water Pageant!

All the years I was a Guest staying at the Contemporary Resort Hotel, one of my favorite things to do, was to head out to the end of the Pier Dick, and wait for the Electrical Water Pageant!

It would start it's first show at 9pm at the Polynesian, do a show at 9:20 in front of the Magic Kingdom, head to Fort Wilderness for 9:45, then to the Contemporary for 10:05, ending it's final show again in front of the Magic Kingdom at 10:20.

After the Grand Floridian Resort was added, an extra show was added to stop there to!

On the Pier Dock End, the viewing of the Electrical Water Pageant is mostly unobstructed, and private...

Once in a while a boat launch comes in and ruins the perfect privacy, and sometimes the wind will blow so hard the barges of the Electrical Water Pageant will move from position...

I remember once, the Barges almost blew into the Pier Dock where I was standing, and they had to start the boat motors to pull the show away before it was completed...
