23 Zero is back again this year with their full lineup of roof top tents. They've got a number of new tents on display and they go through the key differences and new features added. Check out the new Armadillo Horizon with a fully welded one-piece aluminum hard top.

Onwrd Supply Co. manufactures seat back storage bags designed for vehicle interiors. The bags are modular and durable, crafted to organize and maximize storage space behind seats, especially for overlanders who need easy access to gear inside the vehicle. These bags are extremely well thought out and you can tell they were designed by overlanders for overlanders.

Ineos Grenadier hit the US market a few years ago and make a huge impact with their rugged off-road vehicles tailored for serious offroading and expedition use. These vehicles emphasize durability, mechanical simplicity, and reliability in tough terrain. Shown for the first time at Overland Expo is the new Grenadier Quartermaster. A pickup version of the original Grenadier.

Tune Outdoor offers high-end, custom camper toppers for pickup trucks. Their products are designed with precision craftsmanship, featuring durable materials suited for outdoor use. The toppers are tailored to fit a variety of truck models, providing weatherproof shelter and utility. The company focuses on custom work to match specific vehicle bodies, ensuring seamless integration. Tune truly innovates with their designs. They may not be the cheapest, but they are all custom and very high-end.

The Bush Company is out of Australia and builds roof top tents and awnings geared toward overlanders and outdoor enthusiasts. Their tents are constructed with durable fabrics and aluminum framing to withstand harsh conditions.

Stapll manufactures MOLLE panel storage systems that mount directly onto the bed rails of pickup trucks. These panels provide modular storage options, allowing users to attach pouches, tools, and gear securely and customize their truck rail and bed organization. The panels are made from sturdy materials to handle outdoor conditions and heavy use. Lots of accessories and expansion options are available.

Extrusion Overland is the market leader in modular truck bed racks. Their systems are built with aluminum extrusion technology, offering lightweight yet strong racks that can be infinitely customized with various accessories such as storage boxes, bike mounts, and molle panels. The racks are designed for easy installation and flexibility, allowing users to build setups tailored to their overlanding needs. They showcased their new Exoskeleton system. This allows you to start with a standard Xtrusion Overland bed rack and later add solid panels to enclose the bed. Later you can then add a rooftop tent and have a camper-topper setup.

Travoca is a new entrant offering a line of electric coolers and power packs for overlanding. Their coolers range from 25 to 60 liters and all feature dual-zone compartments, allowing users to keep ice cream or frozen items on one side and refrigerated items on the other. The coolers are constructed with cold forged steel, vacuum insulated panels, and feature rugged designs that can support sitting or standing on the lid. They also offer bamboo accents that are removable and customizable for DIY painting or modifications.

Their power packs include a 1500W rated power station with a maximum 1800W output. It has multiple AC ports and USB charging options, supports trickle charging via vehicle DC plugs, and includes MPPT solar input for efficient solar charging. Travoca also sells 200W solar panels priced around $500, designed to integrate seamlessly with the coolers and power stations for off-grid use.

Klean Freak produces body wipes aimed at outdoor and active users who need to stay clean on the go. Their wipes have a three-year shelf life and are formulated without alcohol, using antibacterial ingredients and a textured honeycomb surface to effectively remove sweat, dirt, and grime. The wipes include soothing ingredients like witch hazel, aloe, chamomile, and calendula for skin care. They’re designed for convenience and durability, easily stashed in backpacks, glove boxes, or gear bags.
