In this Pro Tips 4U sports training instructional soccer video, Olympic Gold Medalist Shannon Boxx demonstrates how to do the Driven Cross. Shannon show you how to properly drive the ball sideways across the field, how to take the best angle, why the first touch is so important and how to rotate your hips properly.

Shannon Boxx is a member of the United States women's national soccer team. She won the Gold Medal in 2004, 2008 and most recently at this year's 2012 Summer Olympics. She played in the 2003, 2007 and 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup. She was a finalist for the 2005 FIFA World Player of the Year award, and won an NCAA Women's Soccer Championship with Notre Dame in 1995.
