To disable the download option in YouTube videos in 2023:

1.Go to YouTube Studio.
2. Click on the Content tab.
3. Click on the video you want to disable the download option for.
4. Click on the More options (three dots) button.
5. Click on Editing.
6. Scroll down to the Advanced settings section.
6. Uncheck the box next to Allow embedding.
7.Click on Save.

Note: This will disable the download option for both the public and private versions of your video.

To disable the download option for all videos on your YouTube channel:

1.Go to YouTube Studio.
2.Click on the Settings tab.
3.Click on the Channel tab.
4. Scroll down to the Downloads section.
5. Uncheck the box next to Allow viewers to download videos.
7. Click on Save.
