Battlewasps, or Bee Force, are an archetype of WIND insect monsters used by Shinji Weber in YuGiOh ARC-V. The naming convention is similar to blackwings, or blackfeather emphasizing the friendship between Crow and Shinji in the anime. The insects' goal is to swarm and fuel their synchro summons. Notably though, the more battlewasps present on your field equates to their effects having more impact. For example, Azusa can inflict damage to the opponent based off another battlewasp's atk when they take effect damage from halberd or hama. Ballista, hama, and halberd all have ways to run over big threats so they don't lack in that type of offense either. The main problem is successfully fielding the wasps next to each other. Also a lot of pressure goes to Sting the Poison as the only main archetypal tuner that doubles as your searcher. The surprising lack of extra deck insects also hurts available options when you're under an insect only lock as well.
