Oat Muffins Recipe

Ingredients (12 pieces):
3 ripe bananas (483 g unpeeled / 320 g peeled)
2 eggs
20 g (2 tbsp.) brown sugar
10 ml (2 tsp.) vanilla extract
225 g (1 1/3 cup) ground steel cut oats
8 g (2 tsp.) baking powder
4 g (2 tsp.) ground cinnamon
2 g (1/2 tsp.) baking soda
50 g (~ 6 tbsp.) sunflower seeds OR any ground nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds)
50 g (~ 4 tbsp.) semi-sweet mini morsels
180 ml (3/4 cup) milk
5 ml (1 tsp.) virgin coconut oil
