Staghorn/Elkhorn Ball... mounting several Platycerium bifurcatum pups

Having a Ball... aka... making a ball for some of my Elkhorn pups that grow on my large Manfern.
I was very impressed by a very old Elkhorn Ball that belongs to an Orchid grower and I've toyed with the idea of making my own.
I'm basically lazy and I'll over think a project so that I can minimise the time and effort and try to avoid major F*** ups.
Everything went as I had planned other that the length of time it took to lace the pups onto the frame of the ball. Ah well, that wasn't on the video. Even as is, it's a lengthy video,(far longer than I'd prefer) but it covers the construction steps and the beginning of the mounting which is what I had intended.
Changes and Improvements ? ? ?
It's not a technique set in concrete !
