By Car:
Starting in Mittenwald: If you're in Mittenwald, just head south on Innsbrucker Straße (B2). You'll see signs for "Leutaschklamm" or "Leutasch Gorge" after about 2 km—follow them.
Parking: There’s a parking lot right near the gorge entrance called Leutaschklamm Parkplatz (GPS: Innsbrucker Straße 13). If that’s full, you can park in Mittenwald and walk from there (about 20-30 minutes).
Getting to the Gorge: From the parking lot, it’s just a quick 5-10 minute walk to the gorge entrance. The path is easy to follow.
By Train:
Take the Train to Mittenwald: Getting to Mittenwald by train is easy! If you’re coming from Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, or Innsbruck, there are direct trains that will drop you off in about 2 hours (from Munich), 20 minutes (from Garmisch), or 50 minutes (from Innsbruck).
Walking from the Station: When you get off the train, head out of the station towards the town center, then walk south along Innsbrucker Straße (about 2.5 km, or 20-30 minutes). Just follow the signs for "Leutaschklamm."
