0.1.11.2021 | 12:15 AM | HOUSTON – Toll Roads Deputies responded to reports of a crash near eastbound N Sam Houston at TC Jester.

Arriving units located a 2 vehicle major crash, with 1 unresponsive party trapped in each vehicle. Little York FD, NW Fire, and EMS responded to the scene, and extricated 1 patient.

The patient was transported to a nearby trauma center where they were pronounced deceased as well.

The second patient was confirmed deceased at scene.
