The serious and professional TAITRA office on Friday resembled a kindergarten replete with toys as the trade agency celebrated its own Family Day. Employees were invited to bring their relatives to work to learn more about the council’s mission and operations. They even got to meet Chair James Huang, who dressed up as Woody from “Toy Story” delighting kids and workers. Let’s hear more.

Wow! It’s packed this year! We had 745 employees sign up, and 770 relatives coming to visit. So all in all, we’re more than 1,500 people here! That’s why we’ve turned our office into the world of Toy Story.

It’s chill. Yeah. It’s not usually like this, with everyone having so much fun. Normally it’s very quiet.

An exciting show with balloons and streamers held the kids and their parents rapt. They also played traditional games like Red Light, Green Light, and competed against each other in challenges to get little gifts. The Family Day filled the serious offices with laughter, making for a fun day for everyone involved.
