I been using LIQUID I.V. - Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte Powder ( https://amzn.to/2Wc4rwj ) for about 6 months and think its very convenient in single use packets for for quick hydration. I have a few packets in backpack for after a hike, workout, or hydration after a flu or cold.

I typically add one packet to 20 oz of water and ice in my Hydro Flask ( https://amzn.to/3yPBmYb ) so my drink is cold for a few hours.

Overall it is the convenience factor that makes this my go to. I used to drink Gatorade, but Liquid IV has less sugar and also has several vitamins in the mix. While i could have bought sport drink powder at a lower cost in a canister, the single serve packets dont have the issue of hardening over time and is great for travel.
