Epping Forest walk

Take an enchanting walk with me through Epping forest. I recorded this during the early days of autumn, the crisp blue skies providing the perfect backdrop against the lush green of Epping Forest. Its a relaxing walk, taking us on a journey from open skies to the serenity of hidden paths and woodland.

The forest is technically owned by the City of London corporation and covers 2,400-hectares. There are lots of walks you can do, some with waymarkers. This one was a hybrid, I started from Chingford Station and followed the Holly trail before veering off and joining the Willow trail which then took me past the Butlers Retreat cafe near Queen Elizabeths Hunting Lodge.

Every Sunday, I share a video showcasing my adventures around London and the UK. So, take a moment to unwind, slow your pace, and let yourself be transported by some stunning scenery.
