Khajur Anjeer Roll

Ingredients:
Khajur: 250 gm
Anjeer: 150 gm
Dry fruits: 1 bowl
Ghee: 2-3 tbsp
Poppy Seeds: 3 tsp


Method:
1. Cut the anjeer into small pieces then soak it in the hot water for 2 hours.
2. Cut the khajur into small pieces. Then add it in the mixture jar and grind it.
3. Now drain the anjeer then add it in the mixture jar. Grind it into fine paste.
4. In a pan add chopped dry fruits. Roast it 2-3 minutes on a low flame. Then remove in the plates.
5. In the pan add ghee. Once it heated add anjeer paste. Mix it well. Cook it on a low flame for 5-6 minutes. After it add khajur paste and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Then add dry fruits and mix it well. Cook for a minutes. Now transfer the khajur anjeer mixture in the plate. Let it cool down for 5-7 minutes.
6. In the another pan add poppy seeds. Roast it for 2 minutes on a low flame. Then transfer it into plate.
7. Now Kajur Anjeer mixture devided into two parts. Then roll it into cylinder shape. Then roll it into poppy seeds. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Now cut it into pieces. Here your diwali special Khajur Anjeer Roll is ready to serve.
