We’re back at it, but this time the mission was hamstring-focused. Less “random leg day,” more targeted work to build the back of the leg the right way. Controlled reps, deep stretch, hard contraction, and zero wasted sets. This phase is about growth, and hamstrings are a big part of leveling up the whole look.

We kept the intensity high, pushed the limits, and stayed locked in, while still having those moments that make training with a partner fun. Big effort, big pump, and that “legs are toast” feeling you only get when you do it properly.

And yeah… belt squat made another appearance… so you’ll have to watch and see if Jonas stays upright this time 😈
